Salary: $114,500 - $188,000

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver moderate-complexity projects within the Delivery team to optimize message pipelines.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions for a platform serving millions of users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and SRE teams to build next-generation marketing features.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and documented code with a focus on modularity and future reuse.
• Perform in-depth code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Identify and resolve scalability issues in collaboration with the Architecture Support Group.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in Scala and/or Java.
• Experience building production-ready, scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Postgres, or other data pipeline systems.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end, integration, and performance testing.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise systems.
