What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend services using JVM-based languages like Java and Kotlin.
• Build and maintain resilient data pipelines using Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, or Flink.
• Design and optimize distributed workflows for high throughput and low latency.
• Deploy and operate services across multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex technical ambiguity and deliver impactful features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems and data-heavy platforms.
• Proficiency in JVM-based languages (Java or Kotlin).
• Hands-on experience with event streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, Flink).
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and IaC in AWS or GCP.
• Must be based in the United States.
