What you will do

• Design and implement IAM solutions for the hirify.global Platform.
• Develop cloud-native SaaS software using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS technologies.
• Build secure REST APIs within containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Integrate IAM platforms like Okta or Ping Identity with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement IAM best practices.
• Create high-quality implementations with unit and automated behavior-driven tests.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• In-depth experience building software stacks using AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of databases and distributed systems performance optimization.
• Foundational knowledge of authentication concepts (SAML, JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Groovy.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, OpenAM/OpenDJ).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of AWS IAM or Azure AD.
• Basic familiarity with LDAP and directory concepts.
