Salary: $257,400.00 - $386,200.00 On-Target Earnings

What you will do

  • Lead and grow hirify.global’s global strategic partnership with Dell.
  • Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and expanding business opportunities across both organizations.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the global Dell relationship, aligning cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships.
  • Integrate Dell into account planning and co-sell motions.
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Dell alliances, channel, partner sales, or direct experience working with Dell.
  • Proven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in business English (written and spoken)
