Senior Technical Product Manager (AI Data Platform)

What you will do

• Define and deliver the roadmap for an AI Data Platform supporting internal teams and external AI products.
• Lead ML and LLM platform workstreams across data ingestion, training, deployment, and optimization of live workflows.
• Partner with business owners, AI engineers, data scientists, AI researchers, and clinical leaders on solution design and execution.
• Develop user stories, requirements, success criteria, and short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Turn AI and ML proofs of concept into production-ready platform capabilities.
• Analyze user feedback, healthcare records, and validation data to assess model performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, APIs, DevOps, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.
• Experience with data-informed solution design, primary research, Agile teams, Jira, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Experience with cloud platforms or infrastructure such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML platforms, internal services, scalable AI infrastructure, or MLOps capabilities.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, or VLMs.
• Background as a data scientist or backend engineer.
• Familiarity with EHR, claims, population health, or other clinical datasets.
• Experience in healthcare technology or with physician-facing products.
