Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Dublin, California preferred; Menlo Park, California also considered

Salary: $236K–$339.2K per year

Snowflake provides a Data Cloud platform and is developing AI-native enterprise products and agentic systems for internal business domains.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and investment priorities for high-value enterprise problems.
• Partner with business leaders, operators, end users, engineering, design, data science, security, and platform teams from discovery through adoption.
• Redesign Finance, People, Legal, and other enterprise workflows around desired business outcomes rather than existing applications.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools, validate concepts with users, and use behavioral evidence to guide product decisions.
• Define and ship production-grade agents and intelligent workflows with enterprise context, tools, guardrails, exception handling, evaluation, and human oversight.
• Drive adoption and responsible operation while measuring usage, quality, trust, automation, cycle time, business value, auditability, SOX, privacy, and security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience building and scaling software products.
• Track record of owning products from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale.
• Strong product judgment, user-centered discovery, outcome orientation, and ability to make trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and technical fluency in LLMs, agent patterns, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, data, APIs, security, and production operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly, influence across organizational boundaries, and partner with executives and frontline users without formal authority.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement in Dublin, California, or Menlo Park, California.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for internal enterprise teams or complex operational domains such as Finance, People, Legal, or Go-to-Market.
• Experience launching AI-native or customer-facing generative AI products.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and the Data Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience turning an internal customer-zero product into a repeatable customer-facing pattern.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
