What you will do

  • Service the fastest growing customers in the EMEA region, focusing on the UK/I.
  • Grow revenue and gross profit share within key accounts.
  • Open doors to the purchase of hirify.global’s products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact center, and account security software.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Sell solutions to both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
  • History of working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprise customers to SMB.
  • Demonstrated success by achieving quota on a consistent basis.
  • Track record of Account Management experience and a solid understanding of how to cross and upsell solutions within a mature customer base.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base, including Revenue and Gross Profit tracking, Risk and Opportunity cadence.
  • Approximately 25% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience and understanding of working in the communications market, including Messaging, Voice Calling, Email, and Account Security Verification.
  • Prior experience in a traditional telecommunications environment/business.
