What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of HR administration for outsourced personnel, including hiring, transfers, and terminations.
• Take ownership of calculation processes for outsourced specialists and validate calculations for internal staff.
• Lead the month-end closing process for the payroll function and prepare detailed payroll reports.
• Provide expert consultation to employees regarding calculation and payment inquiries.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scaling strategies for payroll.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of specialized experience in payroll, covering end-to-end processes.
• Prior experience as a Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Specialist.
• Deep understanding of payroll mechanics, taxes, and deductions, preferably within an international context.
• Proven experience interacting with and managing external payroll service providers.
• High proficiency with HRIS and Payroll systems, specifically HiBob or similar platforms.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher for documentation and provider communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working within international companies or rapidly growing environments.
• History of building payroll processes from scratch or leading major process transformations.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple legal jurisdictions.
