What you will do

• Manage and execute client-requested projects across local and off-site locations.
• Apply a client-first mindset to navigate and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify solutions to complex challenges and implement them with minimal direction.
• Build and leverage a strong professional network to support operational goals and business development.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven project management experience, with particular emphasis on facility startups and relocations.
• Proven experience in account support, service delivery, or operational program coordination within logistics, supply chain, or after-market services.
• Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate cross-functional activities and support SLA performance.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Ability to regularly work flexible and extended hours and travel up to 15%.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
