What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from strategic concept through implementation.
• Streamline Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain operations to improve speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to enhance consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks, optimizing delivery accuracy and service times.
• Build strong partnerships across Global Operations, Commercial, IT, Product Development, and Finance to align projects with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and guide cross-functional teams through organizational change.
• Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure performance and deliver clear program updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, and supply chain leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain functions with success in driving cost efficiency and process transformation.
• 3+ years of direct experience in DTC logistics, digital fulfillment, or eCommerce operations.
• Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives or fulfillment optimization programs.
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
