Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Platform 2 commercial operations, ensuring alignment with compliance and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with partner operations teams to gather insights and define system integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials to support the adoption of new processes.
• Execute testing and validation of new features and delivery processes before deployment.
• Research and implement industry-specific compliance processes to adhere to regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies in partner workflows and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience in healthcare, restaurants, or retail.
• Demonstrated experience leading new system rollouts and workflow integration.
• Proficiency in training development, process documentation, and change management.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven operational improvements.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support partner engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, CAP, CLIA, or FDA regulations.
