What you will do

• Manage RFIs, submittals, project schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate and interact with subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals.
• Attend construction meetings and maintain strict quality control.
• Support the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ensure all work aligns with project goals, budgets, and industry safety standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the construction field in project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Scheduling software, and Procore.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, requisitions, and sequences.
• Excellent written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Falmouth or Bangor, ME
