What you will do
- Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts in the UK market, building strong long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Own the operational and strategic management of your portfolio, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling, and retention.
- Partner closely with the Business Development team to support the onboarding of new publishers and proactively identify optimisation opportunities across existing inventory.
- Work with internal teams including Product, R&D, and Operations to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall partner performance.
- Develop strong knowledge of the company’s solutions and offerings in order to recommend the most relevant opportunities for each partner.
- Support the Business Development team during renewal discussions, contract amendments, and other commercial conversations with partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, ideally in a client management, account management, or partner management role.
- Strong ability to monitor performance, identify trends, and present key insights and KPIs in a clear and actionable way.
- Good understanding of the UK digital media landscape and publisher ecosystem.
- Autonomous, proactive, and highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
