What you will do

• Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding execution.
• Support ongoing performance cycle logistics and communications.
• Build baseline reporting for headcount, attrition, and core People metrics.
• Establish consistent onboarding and offboarding experience across teams.
• Audit People systems, data integrity, and workflows.
• Serve as a trusted, responsive first point of contact for employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Ops, People Ops, or similar experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and performance tools (Lattice and Sequoia One preferred).
• Deep understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to run multiple programs simultaneously.
• Clear, direct communicator who represents the People function with professionalism.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from the ground up.
