Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in San Francisco, CA (5 days per week)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end People and HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Partner with recruiting to coordinate offers and facilitate successful new hire onboarding experiences.
- Maintain internal HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Support employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and company events.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with State and Federal employment regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding policies and processes.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR Generalist roles.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week in the San Francisco office.
- Strong operational instincts with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and employee support.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.
