What you will do

• Manage marketing automation platforms and maintain CRM lifecycle stages.
• Build and optimize lead scoring models and routing logic.
• Oversee campaign tracking, attribution frameworks, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to align systems and data structure.
• Evaluate and manage the existing marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of funnel analytics and attribution.
• Technical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience with PLG or sales-assisted motion models.
