Content Marketing Manager (AI): Develops and executes content strategies to build authority and drive demand for an agentic physical security platform with an accent on translating complex AI and security concepts into buyer-focused narratives. Focus on optimizing content for SEO, managing editorial calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to improve ROI.

Location: Must work from our Redwood City office three days a week. All other Bay Area employees join on Fridays.

Salary: $120K - $140K

What you will do

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that builds hirify.global’s authority in Agentic Physical Security, increases brand visibility, and drives qualified pipeline
• Create compelling and engaging content for multiple channels, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, social media, web copy, email, and newsletters
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and gaps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience personas, and product/service offerings to create relevant and impactful content
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic
• Manage and maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company; experience writing about AI, security, or infrastructure is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Experience with content creation and management tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
