What you will do

• Teach real estate courses, explaining the material to students.
• Present courses via PowerPoint, electronic whiteboard, and Zoom.
• Maintain ethical behavior and adhere to dress codes.
• Cooperate with staff requests and comply with hirify.global/Gold Coast and Florida guidelines.
• Promote other Gold Coast programs and products.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructor's permit.
• Extensive knowledge of course material, Florida real estate laws, and industry practices.
• Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom.
• Effective public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to teach real estate math concepts and a minimum of 3 different real estate courses.
• Willingness to teach evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
