What you will do

• Instruct assigned real estate courses following established curriculum plans
• Actively engage students in both physical classroom and digital environments
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology for online course delivery
• Provide success strategies to assist students in meeting licensure and course objectives

Requirements

• Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) is mandatory
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a real estate agent, broker, or attorney
• Must have a dedicated quiet office space with high-speed internet and HD camera equipment
• Ability to travel to the Tucson campus for in-person instruction
• Proficiency in Zoom and online classroom platforms

Nice to have

• Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education in Arizona
• DREI certification
• Specialized qualifications in law, finance, or appraisal
