Part-Time Real Estate Instructor (Gold Coast Schools, Kendall)

What you will do

• Teach pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education real estate courses.
• Explain course material clearly rather than simply reading from it.
• Teach both classroom and livestream students using Zoom, PowerPoint, microphones, and electronic whiteboards.
• Maintain ethical classroom conduct, prescribed schedules, dress standards, and required documentation.
• Deliver classes in compliance with Colibri, Gold Coast, and Florida guidelines.
• Promote other Gold Coast programs and products to students.

Requirements

• Florida Real Estate Instructor permit must be held and maintained.
• Extensive knowledge of the course material, Florida real estate laws, and industry practices.
• Ability to teach real estate math concepts and at least three different real estate courses.
• Effective public speaking and communication skills for adult learners of all ages.
• Willingness to teach evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
