Part-Time Real Estate Instructor - ASREB (Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based in Glendale, Arizona, with onsite instruction at Scottsdale and Glendale campuses

What you will do

• Teach assigned pre-licensing and continuing education courses according to the course plan.
• Deliver instruction in onsite classrooms and through online sessions.
• Engage students and help them meet course objectives.
• Use webinar and livestreaming technology to support online instruction.
• Recommend strategies that help students succeed in their courses.

Requirements

• Active Arizona real estate license as a salesperson or broker required.
• At least five years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
• Ability to teach in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in Arizona.
• Livestream teaching experience.
• DREI certification.
• Law, finance, or appraisal qualifications for relevant courses.
