Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC for in-person instruction.

What you will do

• Instruct assigned pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing real estate courses.
• Lead engaging lessons in both physical classroom settings and via online livestreaming platforms.
• Provide real-world examples and practical expertise to help students understand complex material.
• Offer strategies for success to assist students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum reviews and ad-hoc team meetings.
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology to maintain high-quality instruction.

Requirements

• Active NC real estate license (salesperson or broker) is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Must hold state approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing.
• Flexibility to teach morning, evening, and weekend classes.
• Must have a dedicated office space with a high-quality camera and strong internet connection.
• Ability to instruct both in-person and via Zoom is required.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous experience in instruction or professional training.
