What you will do

• Instruct assigned real estate courses according to established course plans.
• Actively engage with students in both physical classroom and online/webinar environments.
• Utilize livestreaming technology to deliver effective virtual instruction.
• Recommend success strategies and support students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum reviews and ad-hoc team meetings.

Requirements

• Active NV real estate license (broker or managing broker) required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Proven experience in instruction or professional training.
• Strong technical proficiency with webinar and livestreaming platforms.
• Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (6-20 hours per week) including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
