Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; hybrid work with in-person and online instruction

What you will do

• Teach assigned pre-licensing real estate courses according to the course plan.
• Lead engaging lessons in classroom and online settings.
• Use webinar and livestreaming technology for online instruction.
• Provide real-world examples, answer questions, and recommend strategies for student success.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.

Requirements

• Active Nevada real estate license as a broker or managing broker required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
• Previous instruction or training experience.
• Strong understanding of webinar, livestreaming, and online instruction technology.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.

• Classes may take place in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends.
• Hourly pay based on the number of classroom hours.
