TL;DR

Principal Partnership Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving joint go-to-market strategies with key technology, data, and service partners with an accent on pipeline generation and revenue growth through the partner ecosystem. Focus on building scalable co-marketing programs and enabling partners to effectively champion hirify.global's solutions.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Option to work remotely from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, and partner capabilities.
  • Execute integrated, multi-channel co-marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Craft compelling messaging, including joint value propositions, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Drive demand generation and own lead generation targets from partner channels, optimizing programs for maximum ROI.
  • Enable and engage partners by coaching them on marketing best practices and providing necessary assets and knowledge.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance, providing regular reporting on marketing influence and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing within the SaaS, data, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Strong track record of building and executing joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-party projects and coordinate with diverse internal and external teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), and performance analytics dashboards.
  • AI Fluency: Candidates must demonstrate an intermediate to advanced capability in utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, optimize campaign copy, analyze market trends, and streamline project management.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, cybersecurity, or financial technology (FinTech) industries.
  • Experience managing relationships with major data providers and ecosystems (Fireblocks, Databricks, AWS).
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape surrounding digital assets.
