What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing, data-driven growth organization for hirify.global Business.
- Partner closely with the CMO and GM hirify.global Business to deliver brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
- Own the growth strategy, roadmap, and performance, translating company-level goals into clear north-star metrics.
- Define and continuously refine the growth strategy and KPIs, grounded in data, customer insight, and market dynamics.
- Manage the growth budget and resource allocation across channels, markets, and initiatives.
- Lead demand generation and performance marketing, partnering with Product and Sales to optimize the business experience and accelerate pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth, performance, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
- 5+ years in leadership, owning multi-channel growth.
- Proven track record of driving profitable acquisition and revenue growth for B2B products (fintech, SaaS, or adjacent).
- Experience setting up measurement frameworks, defining north-star metrics, and working with analytics.
- Solid cross-functional leadership skills with proven success partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Experience working in global or multi-market organisations and adapting playbooks to local market conditions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance, high-ownership culture that aligns with hirify.global’s values.
- Must be based in Ireland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in B2B fintech, payments, SME banking, or leading growth for products serving SMEs, marketplaces, or online businesses.
- Experience with product-led growth and self-serve SaaS models, ideally combined with sales-assisted motions.
- Familiarity with modern growth tech stack tools (marketing automation, CRM, experimentation platforms).
