TL;DR

Brand Partnerships Executive (Fintech): Delivering brand partnerships and sponsorships through creative activations and campaigns with an accent on brand consistency and internal engagement. Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (minimum 50% office attendance required)

Salary: Up to £35,000

What you will do

  • Deliver sponsorship activities, including the hirify.global Great Run Series, managing creative brand assets and event activations.
  • Support charitable partnerships via the hirify.global Futures Foundation to engage employees and the community.
  • Collaborate with internal event teams to promote partnership opportunities and maximize staff engagement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Manage sponsorship and partnership content in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Execute end-to-end creative campaigns across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of brand marketing experience, specifically focusing on brand partnerships.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative assets from brief development through to production and evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office for hybrid work (50% minimum).
