TL;DR

Games Portfolio Project Manager (iGaming): Overseeing slot game development projects, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables with an accent on smooth production processes and timely delivery of high-quality gaming experiences. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors to keep projects on track.

Location: Must be based in Krakow or able to work from the office 3 times per week.

Salary: UoP - 11,900 PLN gross- 14,700 PLN gross, B2B - 17,000 PLN net+vat - 21,000 PLN net+vat

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee slot game development projects.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Art, Game Design, Development, QA, and Sound teams.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, helping remove blockers and facilitating effective communication.
  • Support and collaborate with Tech, Marketing, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure the game aligns with stakeholder vision and requirements, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Coordinate external vendors and outsourcing partners, manage deliverables, and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Based in Krakow or able to work from the office 3 times per week.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
  • Experience in the iGaming or Gaming industry.
  • Proficient with ClickUp.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Background in game design, art, or development.
  • Knowledge of current iGaming industry trends.
