🚀 Vacancy: Team Lead Project Manager
📍 Location: EU (remote) or Cyprus, Poland (hydrid)

📌 Responsibilities:
— Lead, hire, and develop the Project Management team (coaching, performance management)
— Own and improve project management processes, governance, planning, and delivery standards
— Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap execution with stakeholders
— Ensure timely delivery of CRM, content, VIP, promotional, and retention initiatives
— Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency and predictability
— Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Product, BI, Design, Dev, Operations)
— Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact

📊 Requirements:
— 3+ years of project management experience, including team leadership
— Experience managing cross-functional initiatives (marketing / CRM / content / product / operations)
— Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and process optimization
— Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
— Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
— Data-driven mindset
— Russian (native) and English (B2)
