What you will do

• Actively manage and lead a software engineering team.
• Work with Product Management Teams to define Customers Feature Roadmap.
• Promote high quality and timely completion of projects.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems.
• Mentor and guide other engineers to achieve their career goals.
• Responsible for 24/7 support of solutions in specialized or disaster situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Development roles.
• 3+ years of Engineering Leadership or Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Engineering experience with Java language and its frameworks including SpringBoot, JPA, JAX-RS, Spring Batch, Quartz.
• Expert in developing scalable products in Cloud Infrastructure including Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Expert knowledge of version control systems including Git.
• Must be able to pass a security investigation
