What you will do

• Manage and mentor GTM Engineers specializing in CPQ, PRM, and general Salesforce development.
• Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and sandbox strategy to ensure zero-downtime deployments across the ecosystem.
• Own the holistic system design for CPQ, Partner Portal, ERP, and Marketing Automation.
• Proactively manage technical debt through architectural reviews and scheduled refactoring projects.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM stack technologies, including AI-driven forecasting and billing engines.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or lead architect capacity.
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect certification is required.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Partner Ecosystems, and Lead-to-Legacy systems in SaaS.
• Experience designing system integrations using middleware tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Gearset, or Copado.
• Proven experience managing engineering sprints using JIRA or Asana.
