Salary: $197,000β$274,000 USD (based on location)

What you will do
- Lead and coach the growth engineering team to improve self-service conversion, onboarding, and customer engagement.
- Drive experimentation initiatives across multiple product surfaces to deliver incremental business value.
- Partner with product management to define technical strategy and build scalable, high-impact features.
- Optimize engineering processes to increase velocity while maintaining high standards for quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce technical debt and ensure sustainable system growth.
- Nurture talent through mentorship, career development, and inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
- 8+ years of experience as an engineer.
- Strong expertise in service architecture, system design, and lean software development.
- Proven ability to manage quality incidents as a technical and communication lead.
- Experience supporting complex, highly regulated product environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
