What you will do
- Define and achieve regional revenue growth goals for EMEA.
- Lead the development and scaling of the EMEA sales organization.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing.
- Actively coach sales leadership and Account Executives on deal play for key Enterprise opportunities within EMEA.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing 's market presence.
- Establish a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience.
- At least 3 years served as a sales leader, with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and drive teams to exceptional performance.
- Minimum of 3 years successfully leading a multi-country EMEA sales organisation within a high-growth environment.
- 4–5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role.
- Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS.
- Strong, specialised knowledge of the ticketing landscape and the ability to sell into this diverse, passionate ecosystem.
- Fluent in English plus at least one or more additional language.
