What you will do

  • Define and achieve regional revenue growth goals for EMEA.
  • Lead the development and scaling of the EMEA sales organization.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing.
  • Actively coach sales leadership and Account Executives on deal play for key Enterprise opportunities within EMEA.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing hirify.global's market presence.
  • Establish a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years served as a sales leader, with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and drive teams to exceptional performance.
  • Minimum of 3 years successfully leading a multi-country EMEA sales organisation within a high-growth environment.
  • 4–5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role.
  • Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS.
  • Strong, specialised knowledge of the ticketing landscape and the ability to sell into this diverse, passionate ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English plus at least one or more additional language.

Nice to have

  • Experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm, Big Tech, or a high-growth startup/scale-up.
