What you will do
- Overachieve assigned revenue targets by securing new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the Enterprise Segment.
- Collaborate with your extended team to define and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management.
- Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS within the Nordics Region.
- 1+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity.
- Bilingual in English, plus a Nordic language.
- Experience in selling to C-Level Level and navigating across both IT and business units.
- Strong expertise in using sales methodologies like MEDDPIC to build pipelines and qualify opportunities effectively.
- An individual who enjoys a start-up environment.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
