Materials Manager

What you will do

• Lead production control functions for all Value Streams within the Central Plants.
• Supervise ERP planners, materials analysts, and other assigned roles.
• Oversee timely issuance of production orders and material flow to support overall OTS KPIs.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions, including in-house and offshore cycle counting.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize inventory levels and support customer delivery commitments.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture for workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in an ERP system.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Location: Must work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
