Requirement Manager

TL;DR

Requirement Manager: Plan and lead the requirement management activity for the whole product line, working in close partnership with the NXP community. Focus on project requirement management and traceability throughout the entire project, as well as providing the formal reports required by program management, quality and safety standards.

What you will do

• Define, write, and maintain the project’s Requirement Management Plan, including all traceability elements.
• Support the requirements and traceability review process, and provide project requirement management status.
• Deliver the compliancy reports for safety, quality, and program management standards.
• Align with program managers to define and schedule the deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks within the requirement management team.
• Communicate with the R&D community and the stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Specification structure & traceability.
• Understanding of V-model framework.
• Knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORSNG/DOORS 9 usage and administration.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
• Organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards.
• Knowledge in other requirements management tools.
