What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealer networks to drive product utilization.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues to create mutually beneficial financial solutions.
• Perform regular call cycles and build relationship infrastructure to increase repeat business.
• Provide front-line service, support, and training to dealers throughout the crop input distribution chain.
• Support marketing campaigns through education and effective communication.
• Travel regionally up to 50% of the time to provide in-person service and support.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Associates Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural, and livestock enterprises.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
