Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

What you will do
- Monitor, process, and settle daily transactions across multiple banking systems.
- Perform exception processing for incoming ACH, RTP, and Wire entries to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and analyze operational risks and technical issues within workflows.
- Monitor exposure limits for originating partners and escalate concerns as needed.
- Review daily reports to identify trends in returns and potential risk factors.
- Provide professional communication support to ODFIs, RDFIs, and consumer inquirers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ACH, RTP, and Wire operations.
- Familiarity with NACHA Operating Rules and file mapping requirements.
- Knowledge of Regulation E and its application to consumer rights.
- Working knowledge of traditional banking systems including debit/credit card issuing and ATM operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
