Lending Solutions Specialist

TL;DR

Lending Solutions Specialist (Finance): Delivering personalized, consultative lending solutions across consumer, real estate, and business products with an accent on managing high-volume pipelines and member engagement. Focus on guiding members from application to funding while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, or ID. If within driving distance of Tukwila, WA, onsite attendance is required Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $26.00–$28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage inbound calls and outbound campaigns in a blended contact center environment.
• Identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
• Guide lending applications from origination through funding with high accuracy.
• Maintain and balance a high-volume pipeline of member interactions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer, business, and real estate lending products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive member growth.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, OR, or ID.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of financial service sales experience (or three years combined with outbound sales).
• Ability to comply with SAFE Act legislation and register as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Full-time availability including rotating Saturday support.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-volume contact center or financial services environment.
• Thorough knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA, and HUD regulations.
• Previous experience as a Member Consultant or in loan interviewing and processing.
