What you will do

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and integration of tactics into learning and development programs.
• Assist in developing new hire and advanced learning and development programs for commercial team members.
• Co-lead learning reinforcement and measurement efforts to determine impact across the commercial organization.
• Establish and implement key metrics to track the value and impact of learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements and that all learning materials incorporate regulatory and legal compliance guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of medical sales and commercial sales training experience with knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience delivering commercial training and leadership development programs virtually and in person.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage business relationships with external strategic partners.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google suite skills.
• Travel up to twice per quarter is required for training delivery and leadership meetings.
