Salary: $139,000–$210,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do

• Lead and develop the learning design team to produce high-quality, scalable outputs.
• Design and deliver end-to-end learning experiences covering compliance, onboarding, skill-building, and leadership development.
• Define and evolve learning design guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure consistent quality.
• Administer authoring tools and content vendors, with a focus on integrating AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to scope projects and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
• Drive training evaluation through user research and metrics to demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years in learning experience design, with 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
• Experience maintaining design guidelines, conducting audits, and ensuring quality at scale.
• Proficiency in innovative learning technologies, authoring tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in or able to work from Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY with 4 days per week office presence.
