Location: Remote (US: New York, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, California, Texas). Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $87,600 - $116,800

What you will do

  • Define and execute multi-quarter roadmaps for onboarding, AI enablement, and tools adoption
  • Build end-to-end learning journeys, frameworks, and pathways that scale organization-wide
  • Modernize onboarding and develop repeatable enablement models for tools and AI
  • Deliver high-impact learning for individual contributors, managers, and leaders
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, business leaders, and teams to align priorities
  • Drive hirify.global University effectiveness, configure platforms, and define success metrics
  • Track program performance, engagement, and outcomes to refine strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
  • Strong program management in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience designing scalable learning experiences and enablement programs
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and emerging AI tools
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Instructional design experience with adult learning principles and measurement mindset
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading onboarding or enterprise enablement programs
  • Driving adoption of new tools or technologies
  • Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses
  • Building skills-based learning or mobility frameworks
  • Experience with automation and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini
