What you will do
- Spend significant time on the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance.
- Train sales teams at onboarding and during their evolution within ’s team.
- Design impactful training programs across crucial topics: sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery.
- Build training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership.
- Experiment with various engaging formats to maximize sales adoption.
- Ensure proper change management as the organization keeps scaling up (new countries, new products...).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience as a sales.
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Sales.
- Solid business sense and KPI-driven mindset.
- Strong Learning & Development skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening, and collaboration).
- Continuous growth and improvement mindset, with curiosity for learning techniques and tools.
