What you will do

• Spend significant time on the field to identify gaps in sales skills and performance.
• Train sales teams at onboarding and during their evolution within hirify.global’s team.
• Design impactful training programs across crucial topics: sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery.
• Build training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership.
• Experiment with various engaging formats to maximize sales adoption.
• Ensure proper change management as the organization keeps scaling up (new countries, new products...).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience as a sales.
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Sales.
• Solid business sense and KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong Learning & Development skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening, and collaboration).
