TL;DR

People Business Partner, Director (AI): Managing HR and talent strategies for the North America Sales Business with an accent on organizational design, executive coaching, and GTM alignment. Focus on optimizing sales efficiencies, implementing talent strategies to drive business goals, and providing strategic consultation to senior leadership.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco. Work format is hybrid (in-office 2-3 days per week).

Salary: $153k - $185k USD

What you will do

  • Partner with North America Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development leaders to provide expert-level consultation and solutions.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies focused on attracting, retaining, engaging, and developing talent while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Advise on efficient organizational design and development to facilitate current and future business goals.
  • Provide executive coaching to Senior Leadership Teams to help individuals reach their full potential and increase team efficiency.
  • Define a unique Sales Learning & Development strategy in partnership with Sales Enablement and L&D teams.
  • Use analytics and business insights to build compelling narratives and influence senior leaders on employee experience solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional, related HR experience.
  • Proven experience supporting a sales organization and strategic partnership with executive leadership within Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Deep business acumen to anticipate and solve complex business needs.
  • Solid understanding of HR programs, including compensation, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
