TL;DR

VP Organizational Development & Learning (HR): Providing strategic and team leadership, program administration, and consultative services related to the Associations’ organizational development and learning. Focus on leadership development pipeline programs, mentoring opportunities, and individual development planning process for individual contributors through executives.

Location: Incumbent can work in either the Omaha, NE or Fargo, ND office

Salary: $139,570-$219,820

What you will do

  • Assess organizational development needs and design related strategies and programs.
  • Identify best practices in organizational development, adult learning, leadership development, and cultural enhancement.
  • Oversee leadership development pipeline programs and mentoring opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate programs to facilitate professional development and continuous learning.
  • Develop the Associations’ strategy for modalities of learning and serve as a resource for leaders and teams.
  • Provide team leadership and positive communications to achieve the Associations’ vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • 8+ years’ experience including prior leadership experience in organizational development/effectiveness and/or learning with at least 5 years of company-wide functional leadership.
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs.
