Senior People Business Partner (HRBP): Partnering with global Tech leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design to drive people strategy and organizational design with an accent on scaling technical teams. Location: Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle hubs

Salary: $195K – $230K

What you will do

• Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.
• Partner on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team development.
• Advise on employee relations, behavior, and investigations, collaborating with employment legal.
• Drive core people programs such as compensation, performance cycles, and talent planning.
• Use data and insights to proactively identify and address talent risks like attrition and engagement.
• Lead change management efforts across reorgs, leadership changes, and evolving priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior (VP/GM+) technical leaders.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle hubs.
• Proven track record of working in remote or distributed environments.
• Strong ability to build trust across leaders, managers, and employees.
• Comfort working with data to inform strategic people decisions.
