What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing learning support for MMFA recruiters and field leaders.
• Maintain practical recruiting tools such as interview guides, talk tracks, and candidate messaging templates.
• Update and maintain recruiter enablement decks and standardized recruiting materials.
• Maintain a centralized, organized content library with current recruiting materials.
• Gather feedback from recruiters and field leaders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters, field leaders, and internal teams to respond to learning and enablement needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience supporting training, learning, enablement, or performance support activities.
• 3+ years’ experience creating, updating, or maintaining learning or enablement materials.
• 3+ years’ experience using Microsoft 365 tools for content creation, collaboration and data analytics.
• 2+ years’ experience working with/ supporting / being exposed to financial advisors or agencies.

Nice to have

• Experience as a financial service’s financial services recruiter.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with experience operationalizing governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with experience translating complex information into clear content.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to update learning materials or tools.
• Knowledge of wealth management, insurance products and career distribution.
