What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Use workforce analytics and market data to drive talent decisions that align with organizational goals.
  • Influence and coach executive leaders on people-related strategy, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives by assessing organizational readiness, managing communication plans, and ensuring employee engagement during transformations.
  • Drive succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Champion culture and employee engagement using data to develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort working with data to inform decisions.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
