TL;DR

Senior Customer Business Executive (SaaS): Managing and growing high-value strategic enterprise accounts by driving platform adoption and value realization with an accent on executive stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, leading renewal negotiations, and positioning the platform as a core enabler of digital transformation.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, USA (Hybrid role).

Compensation: $250,000–$260,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
  • Develop long-term account strategies to align platform capabilities with customer business priorities.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to expand usage across enterprise systems.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Monitor engagement metrics to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI and value realization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong ability to operate effectively at both executive and technical levels.
  • Experience driving large renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application environments such as ERP, CRM, or HR platforms.
