What you will do

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between developers, analysts, and various stakeholders.
• Maintain transparency regarding project timelines, potential challenges, and deliverables.
• Gather and clarify business requirements into structured documentation.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Ensure team alignment throughout the entire project life cycle.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proven experience in project management with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience in requirement gathering and writing structured documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Must reside in or be eligible to work from Serbia, Germany, Cyprus, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, or Armenia.
