Что делать

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
• Organize day-to-day team operations including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes and internal tooling.

Требования

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
